So Proud

Carter has gotten so much stronger over the last couple months. One thing he has always lacked in was upper body strength. He was so proud of himself hanging on this bar. I was shocked how long he could do it for. It was so cute! Everytime after he did it he would run to me for a hug and high five saying "I did it Mommy I did it" I forget sometimes how hard he has had to work for easy things like this and when I'm reminded its so fun to look back and see how far he has come.

Beach and Goodbye

The Walker family had to head home a little earlier than planned for a funeral. We couldn't let them leave without a good beach day first so we headed out to Newport for the morning. The kids had fun playing in the sand and looking for shells.

 Probably the cutest picture ever!

When we got home the kids went crazy on the dress ups it was so cute. We felt very safe in our house with all those super heros around!
I LOVE my cousins and was so blessed to be so close to them growing up. It was such a fun week watching our kids play together and create memories!
…..and I had to include this pic of Carter. I think he wore every dress up, but the army guy was definitely my favorite!

Ice Cream Party

Tonight after Boston's game his team had an Ice Cream party at Farrells. I love seeing hime be so goofy with all the boys on his team. He has Loved this Baseball season!

Back at it

When Boston got out of schoole we headed over to Disney for a couple house until Boston's game started. We were able to squeeze in quite a few rides in the short time we were there. Carter and I stood in line for Toy Story while Brian and Britanee took the kids on some rides. It is always a long line, but I happily stand and wait in it when people are visiting because it is the cutest ride ever and definitely a favorite.

When it was time for us to head over to Boston's game I took Rian and Lola with me so that B&B could do a date night at Disney and enjoy some of the bigger rides sans kids. I think everyone had a great time.

Flat Stanley

We have had Flat Stanley at our house for the last two weeks. Boston brought him home from school and got him all dressed up in his checkered pants, black shirt, and blue jays hat. We forgot to bring him to a lot of places, but we also remembered to bring him to quite a few. Our first Flat Stanley got lost on our first go around to Disney Land so thankfully the second held out strong.

Walker Fam does Disney!

Today we tagged along with the Walker fam as they went to Disneyland for their first time. It is always so much fun with first timers so magical! Boston got more autographs in his autograph book today than he has the whole time he's had it. Carter's book will probably remain empty until he's five at the rate he's going.

Boston was happy to have the girls here as an "excuse" to go see the fairy princesses. He really likes the show, but never wanted to see them on his own. He's much to cool for that is guess.

The parade is the most magical part of the day! I seriously never get tired of it. We had such a fun day and the kids all did great!

Bye Bye Uncle Kels

We were all so sad to say goodbye to Uncle Kels. We had so much fun in the 2.5 days that he was here and really appreciated that he drove all the way here to spend time with us. Just as he left My cousin and her family came. We are in full ove visitor mode at our house!

Special Fan

Today Boston had a special fan at his game and he was so excited about it. We are big fans of Mrs. Allen around here and she is so great to stop by the kids games!

Uncle Kels

Uncle Kels drove into town last night. Aunt Brienne went to Cayman with her family and Kels had to work so he drove down to spend the weekend with us. Today we went down to Newport and rode bike along the beach and then played around for a while. It was a perfect day down there and so fun to have him here!

Young Women

I was recently asked to serve with the youth in our ward at church. I am absolutely LOVING it! I absolutely love working with the youth. They have to face an ugly world out there and if I can help them feel a little more confident in who they are and help shape them to be even just a little better I will be one happy lady. So excited for this new calling!

A glimps in Carter's days lately

Carter is on one lately. Everyone says the "terrible twos" are the worst and I say they are lying. Three has proved to be the challenging year with both boys. Let me give you a little look….
Saying good by to daddy for the day…..
 Play a little T-ball outside…..
And throw a major tantrum two minute later because mom said you couldn't have chocolate. I tell you what this kid is giving me a run for my money these days! Good thing he is really, really, really cute!

Impromptu Swim Night

I sent out a text to a couple friends to see if they wanted to join us for swimming and dinner for a last minute St. Pattys party. Everyone was up for it and brought something to contibute to dinner. It worked out perfect and the kids had such a great time together!

St. Patricks Day

We didn't do much to celebrate St. Patricks day around here so thank goodness for school. Boston and Carter both had fun making cute things in their classes. I snuck into the last couple minutes of Carters class. It is so good to see him interacting so well with his classmates and seeing him so happy there.

Sunday Family Pics

I wish we had someone to take our family pics every Sunday. I would love to see how we all change during the year. So whenever anybody is visiting and we remember I try to take them. I sure do love this family of mine!
