We love the beach

It's no secret that we love the beach. I'm still having a hard time believing that its actually nice enough to go to the beach!

Not sure if it's the time of the year or if we are just lucky but there has been some amazing starfish out and they are such bright colors its amazing!

Pretty sure they killed a starfish during this "project". Hopefully they can survive under lots of sand. Whoops!

Disney'd Out!

While Grandma D was here she got herself a Disney pass which meant that we did a lot of Disney. Three days in a row to be exact! By the end I was Disney'd out although I'm sure I was the only one.
The first day rained on and off it was so weird. It would be hot and muggy then freezing and raining within ten minutes. We had fun though.

Boston got brave and went on Splash Mountain with Grandma. He loved it and has talked about it ever since!

Boston and Grandma D sure love the characters....Carter not so much!
Trav left work a couple hours early one day and met us there it was fun for us all to switch off and go on some bigger rides. Screaming is seriously so much fun!
Toy Story has got to be every ones all time favorite!

Boston and Grandma had "sudden death" as Boston put it on Toy Story and Astro Blasters. After a three day competition bobo won and Grandma had to pay up $4.

The newest and cutest Disney Pass holder.
Boston thought is was hilarious that Pluto put his hat on and "ate him"

It was seriously so much fun! We definitely have a system down and are able to fit a lot in a day.

Beach with Grandma D.

My Mom drove back with us from St. George to stay a week and play. We had SO much fun! It was the first time in years that we have played like we did. Our time together the last couple years has been spent helping with doctor appointments, cleaning my house, folding laundry, you name it that it was just fun to play. We headed out to the beach on Monday and it was absolutely beautiful! We had fun walking along the beach and dreaming of living in a beach side house. I tell ya what some of those home down at Newport Beach are incredible! After we stopped and had frozen yogurt and walked around some of the little shops it was the best!

St. George Temple

On the way out of town we stopped at the St. George Temple. It is such a beautiful place and a perfect way to end time with family.

Carter wanted in on their picture.

Um how in the world is my five year old so big!
 The original four!
And the whole gang minus Trav.

I have the worlds best brothers. They are so good to me.
If she could she would put herself in the middle of these three every day. This is my favorite picture of them ever!

St. George Marathon

Marathons are so inspiring and I am so proud of my Mom. The last thing I want to do is run a marathon and I'm pretty sure at 51 that desire will even be lower on the totem pole.
She sure had the cutest little cheer leaders. They had so much fun giving high fives to all the runners. Carter would get the biggest smile every time he got one. Boston and Sloan had the cutest conversation about "running a race" and Boston was sure to tell her all the reasons she shouldn't. It was hilarious!

Kelsey was nice enough to finish the last six miles with her.

If only they knew how awesome their Grandma was for completing a marathon!
