Seattle - Family Pics

While we were there my Mom's friend took our family's pics. She isn't a photographer just enjoys doing it. So we would just kinda go plop ourselves somewhere and she would snap some pics. Boston was being his usual picture self which is a monster. I should mention how much the three men enjoy getting pics too. Ha we did get some cute pics though.

You know those pics that you love everyone else in, but your self. This is definitely one of those. ;-)
 Kyle and Sloan
 Kels and Brienne

Pretty sure her 3 favorite people ever!
Not sure what was said or done to get the kids reaction here.

I die he is too cute!

 The "Boston" smile. SO fake
The face he really wanted to pull.
Like I said Boston was a pill!
 Momma and Brothers
The only picture we got of Boston by himself. Of course we had to put him in a tree where he couldn't move to take it.
I LOVE this pic! Can't remember what was said here either, but I am sure it had something to do with how much they love taking pics!
We struggle to get a decent family pic these days.

 Too much cuteness to handle!

Seattle - Snoqualmie Falls Hike

The first day in Seattle my Mom, Kelsey, and I woke up and went on a four mile run. When we got home everyone packed up and we headed out on a hike to see a beautiful waterfall. I forget how much I love the mountains and all the huge trees. Washington is absolutely beautiful and we wouldn't mind living there at all.
The lucky boys who got to lug around the babies.

 The bear whispers
The gorgeous waterfall. The only thing is that this pic was taken with Brienne's super nice zoom lens. Ha we really didn't know what to look for when we got up there.
 The fam bam.
The waterfall did play out so well, but this Momma bear and her two cubs on the trail in front of us definitely made it worth it. Don't worry this pic was also taken on the zoom lens we didn't get that close. Although I really wanted too. They were so cute.
After Trav and Kels pulled out their boy scout trick the bears finally got off the trail and this super cute cud climbed up the tree. Seeing the bears was SO much fun!

Traveling

Traveling is never easy. When you add a ridiculous amount of medical supplies to your luggage and some that they wont let go in the belly of the plane it can be a little harder. Thankfully for me the boys are always SO great!!
Shouldn't this be the other way around?!?! I think it should, but our luck was not so. Pretty much anytime we got in the car or on the plane Boston was out and Carter was always wide eyed.
I will let your imagination figure out what is in that bottle. Crazy California traffic on the way to the airport left this as our only option. He was SO proud of it! Now I am just hoping that he doesn't think it is ok to do.
When we got to the Oakland airport to leave for Seattle there were ridiculous lines. The airways system was down and they were having to do everything manually. We were freaking out and not too excited to back up our crazy amount of luggage and wait for the next flight since they weren't holding any. Thankfully we had printed off our boarding passes or we wouldn't have had a shot at all to get on the plane. Well Carter and all his medical stuff pulled through for us. I think it's fair to say that we used the "Carter Card". I only felt a little bit guilty about it and that is because there were SO many random people saying the meanest things. I am not someone to ever say things to people in situations like that, but boy did I want to. To make the day better when we got to Seattle our car seats didn't arrive and they broke our stroller. They were going to loan us a umbrella stroller and order us a new one online. Sorry folks, but walking all over downtown with a suction bag, feeding pump, and med supplies was not happening. Trav was super nice which played out in our favor definitely. We were able to talk with them and find a stroller and have them pay us back the next day. Holy smokes it was one crazy day!

Santa Rosa - Scandia!!!!

We can't visit Santa Rosa and not go to Scandia. Every time we go there Trav always reminds me how well he kept the "grounds" when he worked there as a teenager and how the mini golf course looked so much better when he was in charge of it. HA!!!

Water Soaker boats are always a favorite! At least for Boston, my Mother in law, and I they are. I'm not sure how much Trav and his Dad enjoy getting wet, but they humor us and leave us girls with stomach aches from laughing so hard!
We sure love our boys! Going on those spinning bumper cars with Boston reminded me that I am not what I used to be. One circle around and I was about to lose it. What happened to me?!

Santa Rosa was an absolutely incredible vacation. I am amazed every time I go there how beautiful it is. I absolutely adore my in-laws and have such a great time being in their home. Nothing better than spending time with family in one of your favorite places. It really was a dream!

Santa Rosa - Bay Area Children's Museum

One of my favorite places to go when we visit Northern California is the Children's Museum. Boston absolutely loved it and Carter as always was happy to go along with the ride.
My FAVORITE picture of the four of them ever! LOVE it!
Who knew of couple of hula hoops were going to be Boston's favorite part.
After a minor melt down that came from no where, but later was due to the fact that "we don't paint on windows". All was well and we did indeed have a great time painting on the windows.
Gettin' his groove on to his own music.
I could die he is that cute!
So much fun, but holy smokes SO windy!
The museum happens to have the perfect view of the Golden Gate Bridge which happens to be my fav. Perfect in every way!
Add the wind and we are sure to not get even a decent picture. We struggle.
