Trick or Treat

On Thursday our Ward had their Trunk or Treat. Once Boston figured out that all he had to say was trick or treat and he would get candy he was all about it. We LOVE our ward and will be so sad to leave. Andrea and I tried to get pictures of Boston and Julia, but as you can tell it didn't work out to well. Grandma D came with us and took Boston around to the different carnival games and he won some plastic bugs and cupcakes. He was in Heaven.

Yesterday we started the day out by hanging out with Grandma D for a little bit and then headed over to Ed and Xela's. Trav's parents dressed up as Frankenstein and his bride. Does that not make them the coolest Grandparents ever? We think so. We headed over to the outlets to let the kids Trick or Treat. Again Boston thought it was so great. After that we went to Ed's ward Trunk or Treat and made our rounds there. We ended the night with kids in bed and Pizza and Movie for the adults. We had such a fun day and absolutely love watching Boston get excited about the Holidays.

*Note on his costume. I was having a hard time trying to figure out what to have Boston be and was not about to spend lots of $$$ on getting him one especially when he doesn't have an opinion on what he is. I went to a consignment store and found his pirate costume for $8. I was so happy and am pretty sure Boston was the cutest pirate ever! He loved his costume and actually kept his hat on the entire day I was totally surprised by that.

Love Boston as a little pirate. Love that it was only $8. even more! You know how to shop! Looks like you guys has a lot of fun. Surprised that Bo bo let Grandpa hold him despite looking very Frankensteinish. Would've loved for Sydney to see her Grandpa and Grandma dressed up and trick or treat with cousins. Maybe next year.

What a cute little Pirate! I hope he got lots of candy for you and Travis. Lily was pretty much useless for trick or treating this year since she can't talk or eat candy. I'm looking forward to next year!

Looks like you had so much fun. I like your cowgirl outfit. I was no fun and did not dress up. Mainly because nothing fit. HAHA! It looks like you had a wonderful time with the family. See you this week when little man arrives!
