SOLD!

After only two days our house sold! When our Realtor came over to list it she said "OK I will have you house sold this weekend!" I laughed and thought ya ya cocky realtor. So needles to say I was kinda shocked when we sold it before we even made it to the weekend. I say kinda shocked because in those first two day we had a ridiculous amount of showings so I knew there were lots of buyers out there looking for something like our home. People keep asking if we priced it too low and the answer is a big fat no. We are one of the smallest homes in our neighborhood and had the highest price per square footage sold price. I guess I am being kicked out since I am so reluctant to leave. We close on March 22nd and have to be out the 25th. Yikes!
