Boston @ 20 weeks

Well here he is at 20 weeks. Today was the big half way appointment and he looked great! No clef lip, heart looked great, big head, and long legs. We had so much fun at our appointment today. He was moving around like crazy and I couldn't feel a thing. (Yes is crazy seeing something that is inside you doing flips and not being able to feel it) MY doctor told Trav and I that we shouldn't expect to feel him for about another month because my placenta is in front of him so he would have to kick pretty hard for us to feel it. Above is a picture of him (it is a picture of another picture so that's why it's not that great). The nurse was trying to get a profile picture and he became very shy and stubborn. He put his arm over his face and then turned to face my back. Even after the nurse pushed him around he still didn't want his picture taken. Below is a picture of me today at five months pregnant. As you can see from the last picture he kinda just fell out of me over night. We are so grateful that our little boy is healthy and growing to be a strong big baby. (yes big they keep moving my due date forward because he is measuring so big)

OK here it is

This is very embarrassing, but my family and some friends kept asking for it. Here I am at 4 1/2 almost 5 months pregnant. At this time in my pregnancy I am simply just tired. I have zero appetite unless it is put in front of my face then almost anything looks good. The sad part is is that I can't fit very much in my tummy before I feel like I am going to explode. I am eating small amounts frequently during the day. I am also noticing that my bladder and I don't get along that well. I feel like I am going to the restroom every ten minutes. People keep asking me if I have had any weird cravings or anything and I really haven't except Arby's. I am sure you all know the Arby's commercial "I'm thinking Arby's" well that's me. As disgusting as it is a Arby's melt and curly fries always sound delicious. I am sure I will pay for this craving later, but for now I am just staying on top of going to the gym so I can make the after math as little as possible.

It's Official

I had really good intentions to post this blog last week when we put our house up for sale. I wanted to say it was officially for sale, but know I am posting it saying we are officially under contract and have a close date of October 24th. Yep that's right only after a week on the market our house is in the works to belong to someone else. We were a little shocked that it moved as fast as it is did, but very grateful. Our plans now are to move in with my Mom until the end of December when we plan to head back to Texas. There is still a chance that the people could pull out but lets pray that doesn't happen. (I even started packing some boxes today weird and really sad to leave our first home together)

It's a BOY!!!!!

Trav and I went to the doctor on September 12th for my regular 16 week check up. While we were getting the ultra sound we both thought we kept seeing a little thing that belongs to boys but we weren't sure. The nurse asked us if we knew what we were having and of course we didn't. Then she asked us if we wanted to know what we were having and we did so she zoomed in and said your having a BOY!!!! The whole time Trav and I thought it was a boy so we were way excited. "Little Champ" (that's what we have been calling the baby before we knew what it was) will be coming around the end of February. His name will be Boston. That day I went into Gap and they had this little outfit on sale that said "Little Champ" on in for $4 so I bought it with a few other things how perfect.

Summer In Texas

We moved to Dallas this summer for 3 months while Travis did an internship with Newport Homebuilders and while Teresa transferred to be Assistant Manager in the Brass Plum at North Park Mall.We had such a great time and hope that come the first of the year we find ourselves back there.

Boat Race

This summer Texas had a ton of rain. In front of the houses in our neighborhood they had culverts that all that all the water drained into. One night it rained so hard that the water in the culverts was running like a river so we decided to make boats and race them in the culverts. Trav named his "The Blur" and I named mine "The dino rescue" (after two frogs that I caught and had to let go because they were dying) I ended up winning the race.

Our Nephews

How cute are our nephews. These are the two that we lived with this summer. We loved having them with us it made things so much fun!!!
